  : It was right above a bar and I could hear the music in my room until very late. Staff was also very unprofessional and uncooperative. I got kicked out of my room at 12pm sharp even though the hotel was empty. I could also smell smoke everywhere even into my room. And despite me asking for my room to be cleaned, they didn’t

  : We had booked a room at a different location then they said they were full after deducting the money. The room they gave us check-in was at 4pm. We had to wait in the hotel lobby with a child with Autism until 6.20pm because they had not cleaned to room yet.
  : Over 2 hour delay checking in. No reimbursement or late check-out provided in return.Sent clothes to the laundry and told they would be ready next day. It took 2 days and multiple phone calls to receive them.The bathroom door locked from the outside and we had to wait for someone to open it. When contacted about this they did not send someone immediately. Customer service very disappointing.We would return to our room to find the key had been disabled and had to go back to reception to have it enabled.Altogether not worth the cost of stay at all.

  : Location was good but the staff was horrible. I had to check in a day later and happily paid for two nights as per the booking, when I arrived they told me they moved me to another hotel (no one told me so) I was wanting to stay there due to proximity to my friends house and told them I’ll stay in their hotel, they offered me a smaller room (I booked the junior suite) after me deliberating with the front desk person (very rude and speaks with an attitude) he said they will refund me the second night, I called to have a la check out and even after they haves screwed up ALOT he still told me then we will charge you for it, again in a rude way. I left without any discussion as dealing with him was horrible. The hotel didn’t even press to take my passport copy, he just told me once and didn’t make a big deal out of it. Definitely don’t stay there if you expect some respect when anyone wants to speak to you or give you a nice experience.
