  : housekeeping was good, and the size of the room was ok
  : 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms, one of them was really small and we couldn't use the bathroom of one room. The wifi was terrible, in our bedroom we didn't have wifi, cleaning was good but not at the rate that was written in the booking. And the worst thing was smoking! People and gusts smoke in every public place in this hotel, even in the lobby and the breakfast saloon! I asked the staff and a woman in the reception about this situation and she answered me this is legal in Beirut! But we didn't see smoking in enclosed spaces in other places in Beirut, even taxi drivers respected the guests and didn't smoke in the cars, I didn't recommend this hotel at all, specifically for patients with respiratory disorders or elderly and pregnant women. If we knew that the hotel was smoking-free in the lobby and breakfast saloon we would never have selected this hotel! I am writing this review for others to select the Hotel Better, Maybe it is a good situation for smokers, but for us, it was really disappointing and we were unhappy with our stay in this hotel, they should write this information on the website! This hotel is not never 8.5 as written in the booking!
